Found on the new M3 models the wheel is made in Taiwan possibly by Super Alloys

BMW Dealers refer to this colour as Matt Orbit, however it is neither of the gloss orbits with a matt clear over it

We recommend using Crystal Lak Matt Hi temp enamel for powder coating 200c or 2K Matt clear for Air drying or low bake 60c

applications.
