Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Wheelpaints online shop. All orders placed are subject to acceptance by us by delivery of the goods to you at which point a legally binding contract is constituted between us. To purchase from this site you will need an email address as we will use this as the main way to keep in contact with you.
Information on this website
Whilst we try to ensure that all descriptions, details, including prices, displayed on this website are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. Details may be updated from time to time and are subject to change. You must ensure that prior to placing an order you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected. We cannot confirm the price of the product until your order is accepted. All products advertised are subject to availability. If any products are out of stock you will be notified at the earliest opportunity. Where delivery charges are applicable you will only pay one delivery charge per order.
Ordering
The prices displayed on the website do not include VAT. VAT at the current rate will be added at the end of your order along with any delivery charges.Orders recieved before 12.00 noon will be dispatched the same day and should reach the delivery address within 48 hours with the exception of Fridays and bank holidays. If any products are out of stock or specialist mix's and are unlikely to reach you within the 48hr delivery period,you will notified at the earliest opportunity.
Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply to the supply of some goods. By ordering these goods you confirm that you are over 18 years of age and that the person accepting the delivery is also over the required age limit.
Delivery and charges
A carriage and packing charge of £7.50 per 22 kg (inc. VAT) applies to all order UK Mainland.
We can only deliver to a valid UK business address between the hours of 8.00-18.00 hours. If you choose a home address for the delivery a signatory will need to be on hand beteen the hours of 8.00-18.00 hours at the delivery address given.
One delivery to the given address will be attemped, in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, a card will be left and the consignment returned to the couriers deport for collection, no redelivery will be attempted.
Contact details will be available on the card left.
If this is problem please contact us direct via email or fax and we will endeavour to try and sort out any delivery address issues.. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes. Delivery will be between the hours of 8.00am to 6.00pm on Mondays to Fridays only, except bank holidays. Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm a precise delivery time. We will always require an authorised signature when delivering goods to you, so please ensure that the delivery address is manned for receipt of your order. Upon delivery of the goods to you, the goods shall be at your risk. If there is any short delivery or damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to us by you with full particulars within three working days of delivery. We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the products, Presently we are Unable to deliver to Ireland.
Sale of Goods
All products are believed by Wheelpaints to be a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. It will ultimately be for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product prior to use. Applications and conditions are different and as such can effect the out come, wheelpaints strongly recommend the use of a complete application system. wheelpaints cannot be held responcible for site conditions and applications that are unknown to Wheelpaints.
Liability
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

Your right to privacy is very important. We recognise that when you choose to provide us with information about yourself, you trust us to act responsibly. We believe this information should only be used to help us provide you with a service.
In general, when you visit our website and access information you remain anonymous. There are however, occasions where we request from you certain information such as your email or postal address. We use the information to handle orders, deliver products and services and update our records and generally maintain your account with us. The purpose of our requesting such information is to be to provide you with a service that we believe may be valuable to you.
By allowing you to send e-mails to us, we are not attempting to collect any personal information about you. We will only use personal information (such as name, mailing address and e-mail address) contained in your e-mail to respond to your specific inquiry or comments in the e-mail.

Any information, which you provide, will only be used by Wheelpaints and will not be made available, passed on or sold to any third parties.
