Return of goods
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simple return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item less any postage/returns charges. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase or by cheque within 14 days of our receiving your return.
Goods returned after 7 days will however incur a 20% handling fee unless otherwise agreed in advance
Incorrect, damaged or defective goods
If you are returning an item because it is incorrect (an error on our part), damaged or defective, we will refund the cost of the item, delivery charges and pay your costs of returning it to us. Wheelpaints will check all returned items, in the event we find no fault/damage we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. You can expect a refund in the same form as payment originally used for the purchase or by cheque within 14 days of our receiving your return.
How to return an item
To return an item please use our returns form on our webpage. Once the form has been completed we will contact you via email with a returns number that will be needed to process your return. Please pack the item securely, enclosing your returned email with the returns number written on the outside of the package.
